Shawn Veltman is the co-founder of Veltman Strategic Consulting, and specializes in working with small public companies and private professional service firms. After retiring in 2007 from the success of his first venture, he turned his attention to the factors that influenced success and failures in small organizations, specifically the inability of most firms to adequately define or implement their strategic goals. He has extensive experience in working with professional service firms, on-line retailers, entrepreneurs and leaders in both the private and public spheres. | Tom Dalrymple has 30 years experience as a financial professional, and has spent the last decade working in C-level positions in both private and public companies. His experience working with Veltman Strategic Consulting in a previous role impressed him so much that he joined the company. Tom brings a wealth of strategic experience and expertise to his clients, specializing in tying together operational efficiency with top-level strategic goals. | Melanie Veltman is a co-founder of Veltman Strategic Consulting, and is a technical expert with years of experience bringing logic and analysis to business systems, software, and research projects. She joins her cousin Shawn as the Director of Client Care. Melanie has management experience in the not-for-profit sector, and has worked with hundreds of small and medium sized businesses in Ontario as a software and network solutions expert. Melanie shares her expertise as an instructor in the Faculty of Business at Sheridan College. |
